THE ORGANIZATION ADDRESSES THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF EACH PARTICIPANT THROUGH MENTORING, TUTORING, AND COUNSELING, DEVELOPS A GROUP DYNAMIC THAT FOSTERS LIFE SKILLS AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMONG PARTICIPANTS, AND ASSISTS IN IDENTIFYING AND ACHIEVING POST-HIGH SCHOOL GOALS.
