ROCKBRIDGE BALLET'S MISSION IS TO 1) PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED YOUTH DANCERS IN THE COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP TO THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL IN CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY DANCE THROUGH PERFORMANCE, 2) FOSTER PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF DANCE CONCERTS THAT ASPIRE TO PRE-PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND ENTERTAIN THE PUBLIC WITH A VARIETY OF DANCE STYLES AND 3) BE A DANCE RESOURCE TO THE COMMUNITY. ITS GOAL IS TO NURTURE PROMISING YOUNG DANCERS THROUGH PERFORMANCE, PRODUCTION AND TEACHING.
