THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO HELP FURTHER EDUCATE MINORITY WORKERS IN RURAL AREAS TO PROMOTE GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS AND TO HELP THOSE WORKERS GAIN PROFICIENCY IN USE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
