TO RESCUE AND REHABILITATE ABUSED AND NEGLECTED HORSES, PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN WHICH INCLUDES MEDICAL AND NUTRITIONAL CARE. THE GOAL IS TO PLACE REHABILITATED HORSES WITH FOREVER HOMES AND TO TRACK CONTINUED PROGRESS AND CARE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
