THE SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE WELL-BEING AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF OTERO COUNTY. OUR MISSION IS ROOTED IN FORGING STRONG, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL NONPROFITS. BY CONSISTENTLY IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING THE EVOLVING ASSETS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN OUR COMMUNITY, BY EXPANDING THE CAPACITY OF OUR LOCAL INSTITUTIONS AND NONPROFIT PARTNERS, AND BY WORKING TOGETHER WITH OUR NEIGHBORS, WE COMMIT TO NURTURING A HEALTHIER, MORE VIBRANT OTERO COUNTY FOR ALL.
