IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FORMED TO PROVIDE VERY LOW-INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS (62 AND OLDER) WITH AFFORDABLE HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND OTHER NEEDS, TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS, AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER LIVING.
