THE MISSION OF SAGINAW COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE, INC. IS TO FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, AND EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS TO SERVE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL SERVE AS A PROACTIVE AND DEDICATED COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION STRIVING TO MOBILIZE ALL AVAILABLE LOCAL, STATE, PRIVATE, AND FEDERAL RESOURCES TO HELP EMPOWER ECONOMICALLY CHALLENGED FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT CITIZENS, AND TO SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVE THE STANDARD AND QUALITY OF COMMUNITY LIFE.
