BOTH USDA AND CDOH FUNDED WITH CASITA ALSO BEING POST-15-YEAR LIHTC. LOW-INTEREST LOAN PROGRAMS FROM SINGLE-FAMILY-OWNER-OCCUPIED HOME REHABILITATION (CDOH, CHFA, AND USDA FUNDED), MOBILE HOME PARK AND OTHER HOUSING UNITS: WE OPERATE A 185 LOT MOBILE HOME PARK AS A PRESERVATION PROJECT. WE PURCHASED AN ABANDONED SCHOOL FOR ADAPTIVE REUSE IN 2024.
