Protection and preservation of property and life from and during fires and other emergencies in the boroughs of Scalp Level or Paint, designated areas of Paint Township, and other municipalities or areas where the company may acquire primary responsibility for emergency services. The company will also assist neighboring emergency service providers when called upon.
