ALSO, PROVIDE ASSITANCE TO THE SCHOOLS AND THEIR SCHOOL EVENTSETC. FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, SOFTBALL AND ALL OTHER ATHLETIC EVENTS AND GAMES FOR ALL THE SCHOOLS IN SCOTT COUNTY.
