Service Never Sleeps (SNS) envisions a world where equal rights, justice, and opportunity are available to all. Through its signature Allyship curriculum, SNS trains individuals to leverage their respective areas of privilege to advance racial justice as a lifestyle. SNS assists individuals to entire organizations in deepening their equity journeys. This past year also saw the implementation of SNS's newest training, the Black Led Project training, which educates the public on the organization's research findings on the experiences of Black leaders and what they need in order to thrive.
