TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO SERVICES AND INFORMATION, WITH A GOAL TO PROMOTE SELF-RELIANCE WHILE MAINTAINING THE DIGNITY OF CLIENTS.
