THE MISSION OF POTOMAC HOME HEALTH CARE IS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING COST EFFICIENT QUALITY HOME HEALTH CARE AND PATIENT EDUCATION SERVICES TO ASSIST PATIENTS IN ACHIEVING THEIR MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE AND/OR ENHANCED QUALITY OF LIFE.
