THIS ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO FURTHER MEDICAL RESEARCH, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC FOR ADVANCING MEDICAL RESEARCH, AND TO ASSIST OTHER ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN 501(C)(3) OR SECTION 59(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE GRANTS TO OTHER NONPROFITS ORGANIZATIONS AS DETERMINED BY ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
