THE MISSION OF SJCOG IS TO PARTNER WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, THE PRIVATE SECTOR, AND COMMUNITY GROUPS AS THE FORUM, FACILITATOR, AND ADMINSTRATOR OF REGIONAL PROGRAMS, AND TO ADVOCATE FOR REGIONAL AND INTER-REGIONAL ISSUES INTHE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE RESOLUTIONS.
