South Arkansas Regional Health Center, Inc. d/b/a Newhaven Counseling & Health Services is a not-for-profit organization that provides counseling,mental health, and behavioral health care services to residents of South Arkansas. It is our mission to provide excellent and effective behavioral health, substance abuse, and intellectual/developmental diability services to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
