Mission

The Mission is to educate and train individuals engaged in the hospitality and tourism industry through seminars, trade shows, forums and classes, develop school-to-career programs for the hospitality and tourism industry, and provide educational assistance to worthy individuals in the fields of hotel, restaurant, tourism management and/or culinary degrees in schools of higher education, and to do all things necessary or convenient, and consistent with law, to further these goals.
