THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF SCSA SHALL BE TO REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS IN NEGOTIATING AND ADMINISTERING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS WITH THE INTERNATIONAL LONGSHOREMEN'S ASSOCIATION, AFL-CIO ("ILA") AND TO DO SUCH ACTS TO ACCOMPLISH ITS TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSES.
