THE COUNCIL PROVIDES PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, TECHINCAL ASSISTANCE, INFORMATION COORDINATION AND PRODRAM ADMINISTRATION TO FACILITATE THE NEEDS OF LOCAL UNITS OF GOVERNMENT IN THE AREA OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE.
