TO PROVIDE YOUTH AND ADULTS RESIDING IN SOUTHERN FAIRFAX COUNTY WITH HEALTHFUL, EDUCATIONAL AND ENJOYABLE ORGANIZED SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND TO HELP DEVELOP QUALITIES ESSENTIAL TO GOOD CITIZENSHIP SUCH AS SPORTSMANSHIP, LEADERSHIP, TEAM PLAY, SELF-DISCIPLINE AND INTEGRITY.
