Mission

The mission of the Southeast Texas Family Resource Center, which is located in Beaumonts Charlton-Pollard neighborhood, is to create and support programs and to participate in collaborative efforts dedicated to fostering positive cycles of growth, development and personal responsibility. For the local children we serve, that translates into quality education, skill development, and a safe supportive and nurturing environment away from the negative influences in low-income neighborhoods.
