Mission
The Southwest Airlines Employee Catastrophic Assistance Charity helps employees of Southwest Airlines Co. and subsidiaries suffering from severe financial hardship resulting from a catastrophic event in their lives. These are generally emergency medical or personal circumstances for which a person could not be expected to be prepared for through responsible financial planning or budgeting.
