TO PROVIDE A SAFE DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT OFF THE STREETS FOR JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH STUDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY. BY MEETING THE NEEDS OF AT RISK YOUTH, THE POWERHOUSE SEEKS TO CHANGE THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE PERMANENTLY THROUGH CARING CHRISTIANS. (1 KID AT A TIME)
