Mission
The goal of the SPCA San Pat County is to maintain an animal shelter that serves the needs of the county. It serves the county and communities within that county by providing a shelter where people can adopt a homeless pet and as long as those animals are homeless, the shelter provides housing in a humane manner. We work hard to educate the public of spay/neuter programs.
