Our mission: Joining Jesus in creating culture transformation. The church in America has found itself in a generally ineffective leadership culture. We help steer them to a healthy culture while providing leadership training. We help churches and church judicatories develop their leadership talent through one-on-one and team coaching. People served are clergy members as well as laity in the organization regardless of whether they are staff or volunteer.
