THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION, AND THE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES TO BE CARRIED ON AND PROMOTED BY IT ARE TO: 1) SUPPORT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING SPRINGBOARD NONPROFIT CONSUMER CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC., AND SPRINGBOARD CDFI, IN FULFILLING THEIR TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSES BY PROVIDING THEM MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING, AND HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES ON AN EXCLUSIVE, NOT-FOR-PROFIT BASIS, 2) HELP THESE NONPROFITS ACHIEVE CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCIES AND COST SAVINGS WHICH, IN TURN, WILL ENABLE THEM TO BETTER ACCOMPLISH THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES FOR WHICH THEY WERE ESTABLISHED, 3) EXERCISE OVERSIGHT OVER THESE NONPROFITS TO ENSURE THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO THEIR BUSINESS OPERATIONS, AND 4) PROMOTE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMONG ALL SPRINGBOARD NONPROFIT ENTITIES.
