Springfield Volunteer Fire Department is an all volunteer fire department that was established 70+ years ago to provide emergency services to the area residents and businesses. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide the best in Fire, Medical and Rescue services to our district and to surrounding departments as requested. The department has an active roster of approx. 25 members and several associate members. Springfield Volunteer Fire Department is dispatched for approximately 475 emergency incidents a year. Springfield Volunteer Fire Department is officially designated as Erie County Fire Department #64.
