LUKE'S CORNWALL HOSPITAL AND INNOVATIVE, EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS WHICH IMPROVE COMMUNITY RESIDENT'S ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND INFORMATION; AND (2) PROVIDING ADVOCACY TO ENSURE THE AVAILABILITY OF QUALITY MEDICAL CARE.
