TO DEVELOP AN AFFORDABLE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY FOR LOW INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS IN BALTIMORE CITY WITH A FULL CONTINUUM OF CARE TO ALLOW AGING IN COMMUNITY. THE STADIUM PLACE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY WILL MAXIMIZE THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL OF INDIVIDUALS THROUGH A HOLOSITIC CONTINUUM OF SUPPORT SERVICES AND SENIOR HOUSING.
