THE MISSION OF STL CARE COMPANY IS TO IMPROVE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES DESIGNED TO PREVENT AND REDUCE SICKNESS, PRODUCE POSITIVE HEALTH, PROVIDE QUALITY NURSING HOME CARE, ENCOURAGE PROACTIVE USE OF HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESOURCES, ACQUIRE ADEQUATE FUNDS AND FACILITIES AND, AS NECESSARY, TO EMPLOY PERSONNEL TO ADMINISTER AND CONDUCT GENERALIZED PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES.
