The corporation is organized for the exclusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to its sole member, Chi Omega Fraternity, a non-profit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(7).
