Mission
The Foundation's primary charitable purpose is to provide grant funding to tax- exempt organizations recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, that support a variety of philanthropic initiatives, programs and activities addressing a qualified charitable purpose that are of particular interest to its Board of Directors.
