THE PUBLIC PURPOSE OF STATE TAX CREDITS IS TO BENEFIT THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF SOCIETY IN MANY WAYS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: JOBS CREATION, LOW INCOME HOUSING, SENIOR HOUSING, BROWNFIELDS, AGRICULTURE, FILM PRODUCTION, HISTORIC PRESERVATION, AND SOLAR, WIND, BIOMASS, HYDRO, AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY. STATE TAX CREDIT PROGRAMS ARE TECHNICAL AND COMPLEX, AND TCBA SHALL HELP USERS APPLY FOR, EARN, AND MONETIZE TAX CREDITS, AND COMPLY WITH LONG-TERM REQUIREMENTS. TCBA'S EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES WILL HELP RELIEVE THE GOVERNMENTAL BURDEN OF ADMINISTERING STATE TAX CREDITS BY FACILITATING AND EXPEDITING PROPER USE OF STATE TAX CREDIT PROGRAMS.
