THE FORUM'S MISSION IS TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SHARING OF BEST PRACTICES FOR LEGAL DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT AMONG GENERAL COUNSEL AND OUTSIDE COUNSEL AND TO FACILIATE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT.
