WE ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH THE BRIDGE NAVIGATORS, WHO PROVIDE PERSONALIZED GUIDANCE TO FAMILIES, CONNECTING THEM WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND BUILDING SOCIAL SAFETY NETS. OUR APPROACH IS FAMILY-CENTERED, VOLUNTARY, AND FOCUSED ON BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON MUTUAL TRUST AND INSPIRED BY FAMILY CHOICES. OUR GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH EQUITABLE PARTNERSHIPS AND ENABLE FAMILIES TO ACCESS CULTURALLY-RESPONSIVE SERVICES, GUIDED BY THEIR OWN VOICE AND CHOICES.
