THE COALITION'S MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE FOR, INFORM, AND PROVIDE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR MEMBER AGENCIES SO THAT THEY MAY PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICES WITH SUFFICIENT FUNDING IN A FAVORABLE REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT. TAKEN TOGETHER, THESE AGENCIES SERVE MORE THAN 450,000 ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND DELIVER THE ENTIRE CONTINUUM OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE IN EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD.
