SINCE ITS INCEPTION, ETAF HAS CONCENTRATED ON SUPPORTING MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES AND HAS EXPANDED TO ALSO FUND INNOVATIVE HIV EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY PROGRAMS.
