THE MISSION OF THE HARTLEY HOUSE, A DEDICATED GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WORKING WITH THE COMMUNITY, IS TO END THE EPIDEMIC OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY PROVIDING PHTSICAL AND EMOTIONAL REFUGE AND ADVOCATING FREEDOM FROM VIOLENCE THROUGH EDUCATION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT.
