See Schedule OThe organization serves to increase successful home ownership and tenancy experiences for low to moderate income residents of Monroe County and the New York area. It also administers grant programs on behalf of local municipalities, New York State and federal programs. Provides counseling and intervention services for tenants, home owners and the homeless, provides comprehensive assistance and direct training for landlords.
