THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO SUPPLEMENT THE COST OF HEALTHCARE PREMIUMS FOR ELIGIBLE RETIREES OF THE MASSACHUSETTS INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, INC. AND MASSACHUSETTS SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED AND THEIR ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS.
