THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND RELATED EXPENSES FOR ON-GOING EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS FOCUSING ON BUILDING AWARENESS OF THE HISTORY AND BENEFITS DERIVED FROM RAISING AND OWNING MORGAN HORSES AND TO PROMOTE AN APPRECIATION OF THE BREED.
