FOUNDED IN 1984, PHN HAS GROWN TO BECOME THE LARGEST FQHC IN PENNSYLVANIA AND ONE OF THE LARGEST IN THE NATION. PHN PROVIDES QUALITY PRIMARY CARE SERVICES AND ACCESS TO SPECIALTY CARE COMMENSURATE WITH THE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
