TO AID IN NEEDS OF GENERAL HOMELESS POPULATION BY PROVIDING SHORT-TERM HOUSING, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION AND BASIC NEEDS AS WELL AS MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH CARE. ASSISTS IN FINDING RESOURCES AND AID FOR HOUSING, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH CARE AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMS FOR PARTICIPANTS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT.
