THE PURPOSE OF THE SOCIETY IS TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE, ON A CHARITABLE BASIS, A NOT-FOR-PROFIT HOME FOR ELDERLY PERSONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THEM WITH SUITABLE LIVING ACCOMODATIONS, FACILITIES FOR DINING, MEDICAL TREATMENT, NURSING, AND OTHER SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS.
