THE SUMNER STATION FOUNDATION, A NEW JERSEY NONPROFIT CORPORATION ("SUMNER"), WAS FORMED TO MAKE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO WORTHY NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. SUMNER WILL MAKE GRANTS PRIMARILY TO NONPROFIT CHARITIES LOCATED IN NEW JERSEY OR TO CHARITIES THAT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP TO THE GAME OF GOLF.
