THE GOAL OF TIPP MONROE COMMUNITY SERVICES IS TO IDENTIFY THE NEEDS AND WANTS OF THE COMMUNITY AND ATTEMPT TO FIND RESOURCES TO PROVIDE THEM. WE PROMOTE THE HEALTH, CULTURE, RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, VOCATIONAL WELFARE OF OUR COMMUNITY.
