THE TOPEKA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION WORKS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE TOPEKA REGION THROUGH AN ACTIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH DONORS AND OTHERS WHO WISH TO BRING POSITIVE CHANGE THROUGH CHARITABLE GIVING. THE FOUNDATION MANAGES CHARITABLE FUNDS STARTED BY INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, BUSINESSES, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
