PREPARING MEN AND WOMEN ON GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND THOSE RE-ENTERING SOCIETY FROM THE JAILS AND PRISONS TO BE TRAINED FOR MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT.
