THE TRI-COUNTY COMMISSION ON ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE IS AN OFFICE OF HEALTH, INFORMATION AND SERVICES FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE. WE SEEK TO PREVENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE THROUGH EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, TO INTERVENE IN ABUSE-RELATED PROBLEMS AND TO PROVIDE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION ALTERNATIVES FOR substance users and family. WE PROVIDE A SCOPE OF SERVICES FROM EDUCATION, PREVENTION TO VARIOUS LEVELS OF TREATMENT SERVICES, AND ASSISTANCE WITH REFERRALS TO THE CITIZENS OF ORANGEBURG, BAMBERG, AND CALHOUN COUNTIES.
