IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING (A) THE OWNERSHIP, ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE, AND OPERATION OF MEDICAL REFERENCE AND CLINICAL LABORATORIES IN NEW MEXICO; (B) THE FURNISHING AND PROVIDING OF CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES OF ALL KINDS TO PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES, HOSPITALS, MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATIONS, LICENSED PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS, RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND PERSONS REQUIRING SUCH SERVICES; (C) TO PROVIDE A WIDE ARRAY OF TRAINING TO STUDENTS LOCATED THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO FROM HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL TO POST-DOCTORATE LEVEL IN AN EFFORT TO RETAIN LAB SERVICE EMPLOYEES IN NM; (D) THE ACCUMULATION OF INFORMATION, THE CONDUCT OF SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATIONS AND RESEARCH, AND THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS FOR THE PREVENTION, ALLEVIATION AND CURE OF INJURY AND DISEASE; AND (E) ENGAGEMENT IN SUCH RELATED ACTIVITIES AND PROVISION OF RELATED SERVICES AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
